By accessing or using Electrobizz software and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

Electrobizz provides billing, inventory management, and POS software for retail businesses. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate business information during registration.

4. Subscription & Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly as per your selected plan.
Free demos are available without payment.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the software for illegal activities
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the software
Share account access beyond authorized staff
Upload malicious content or spam through forms

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data entered into Electrobizz. We do not claim ownership of your product catalogs, customer records, or invoices.

7. Limitation of Liability

Electrobizzis provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
